If Monday was any indication--this could be a long week.

The students are thinking of Homecoming.  You mean there is school during homecoming week?

The teachers aren't thinking at all.  Our minds are gone.  OK.  That might just be me.  My mind is gone.

I keep thinking that there is nowhere to go but up.  Of course, that isn't true; things can always get worse. (Though after a Monday like that, I'm not sure.)

Yep.  That was definitely a Monday.
