*Black Friday shopping the Easy Street way--which is a girls' night that involves lots of coffee, laughing, and only buying if the lines aren't ridiculous and the sale is really good.
*pumpkin and pecan pie
*turkey leftovers for my turkey sandwiches
*CB and K's birthdays
*downtown Christmas celebration and the arrival of Santa in Tiny Town on Friday night
*putting up the tree
*decorating the church for Advent
Let's face it: Thanksgiving is a carb lover's dream!
My favorite Black Friday shopping trip was the year of a light snow falling, early morning Starbucks, and more window shopping than buying.
This afternoon, we are putting up the outdoor lights. 'Tis the season for that, too.
