Hurried and Harried!

This is progress report time.  I'm behind, so I'll keep this short.  I am also in the midst of some State Reading Test lesson preparation.  (Powerpoint presentations are not my friend.  I rarely use them.  I may never use them again!)  I'll keep this super short!

An appointment has been scheduled with an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist for the Mr.  When you flunk a sleeping test that bad, they call in the big guns.  I'll keep you posted.

My main reason for posting today is that Jace aka Zippy (baby brother of LC aka Princess Pudge) is having some pretty major heart surgery today.  Jace is just a little guy--about 4 months old.  Please pray for Jace, his surgeons, and his family.  You can visit them at The Adventures of Pudge and Zippy.  If you're like everyone else- one visit and you'll be hooked. They are adorable. Their mother is a former student of mine--and she's pretty adorable, too!

Between grading papers and cussing writing powerpoint presentations, I'll be praying for little Jace.  Hope you will be, too.

Sorry about the powerpoints! I know just how you feel and I am sure that there simply isn't enough daylight for all the things that my kids need to know for those tests. Just keep plugging away one thing at a time.

I can't wait to hear what the Mr. finds out at the doc!

Oh dear! Sounds like I should be sending happy thoughts to both of you! (The three of you if we include the Mr. - and I think we should.)

Sorry you are having PowerPoint issues. I, on the other hand, am one with the magic of PowerPoint so if you need help (or someone to do your pres for you...), just holler!
