This week will be crazy.  The wedding is Thursday.  The reception is Saturday.  There is a bit to do on Easy Street.

Since time is short, I'll share a picture with you.
Just a bit of history.  Yesterday was a beautiful day in the Midwest.  I had time to enjoy the scenery because the Mr. got caught going 78 in a 55.  Nothing like being forced to stop and "smell the roses." While waiting on the officer to decide what to do, I figured I might as well take advantage of the moment.  *sigh*

Thankfully, the officer decided to issue a warning instead of a ticket for $174.00.  He said he didn't know why he decided to go with the warning, but when we told him that our daughter was getting married this week he said to consider this a gift to her and her parents!  Bless. His. Heart.

See.  It really was a beautiful day in the Midwest!

I have never in my life talked my way out of a ticket. It didn't even work when I had two sick kids (plus a sick momma) in the car and we were on our way to the doctor's office. It must be a sign: It's gonna be a great week!

Mr's on the loose! Does he always drive that fast, or were you late for one of your many events this weekend?

Yes, definitely a "Bless his heart!" moment.
Will be thinking of you all and lifting up everything in prayer.
From one mother to another, relax and enjoy the wonder of the event. HAVE FUN--LOTS OF IT--LAUGH A LOT. Don't sweat the small stuff. Our children's weddings are so special.

That truly was a "Bless his heart!" moment!
I will be thinking of you and lifting you all up in prayer this week that all goes smoothly and you all have an absolutely wonderful time.

From one mother to another: I've gone through 2 weddings and my advice is to relax and ENJOY!
Enjoy yourself; enjoy all the precious moments; enjoy that you and her father are still married and can share this precious time together; enjoy the people there; enjoy your other daughter also---just don't sweat the small things---HAVE FUN---LOTS OF IT!

Based on Justin's recent driving record, I'd say it'd be a worthy investment to get LC engaged ASAP.

We'll be thinking of you all this week and can't WAIT to see pictures!

Thinking of you today and through the weekend as you celebrate K & CT's wedding. Enjoy every minute - helping K get ready, watching the Mr. walk her down the aisle, watching CT's face when he sees her ... It will be a special day, full of snapshots of love and memories! Deep breath... and ENJOY!
