But November 29th is special for another reason now. My beautiful niece gave birth to a baby girl yesterday. Another beginning. Little Eleanor arrived, making my kid sister a Grandma for the first time. Since they live in California, we have to send cyber love and hugs to them all.
And sometimes "a place that seems like the end-- is only the beginning." And so begins another generation of women in our family. And pretty cool that three generations are linked by one day--decades apart.

What a lovely message for all of us- the full circle of life. The picture brought memories rushing over me of your mother, your family and the farms we lived on growing up.
What a great photo. It's so nice to see Aunt M's face again. She was a wonderful aunt; still missed and thought of warmly.
Oh Cousin...you made me CRY today!!! Your mom was the BEST Aunt a girl could have....I still picture her standing at the sink when we walked in the door from picking corn!!! I don't know why that's the image I always have.......but it always makes me smile!!! You ALL make your mamma PROUD I know!!
