Lady Bug Talk

I haven't seen the Lady Bug much lately.  Last night I had a chance to catch up with her and her momma for about an hour after school. 

I'm not sure, but I think at first she was scolding me a bit for neglecting her. Quite a bit of frowning and grave "conversation."  Later, she was telling me some good story--complete with smiles and then giggles.  She would get her legs and arms moving like she was demonstrating something.  And then her story would turn serious again, and she would knit her little brows together.  Hilarious!

I can't remember the last time I have enjoyed talking to someone so much.
