I spent yesterday making cookies: eight dozen cookies for our Sunday Morning Coffee at church.
This week, we've had Vacation Bible School at church. This morning, the 70+ VBS kids will present their program. Our "Care Group" is in charge of the coffee after church. With all those kids and their parents and/or grandparents, we are expecting a good sized crowd. So I baked.
Lest I mislead you, I also read. In fact, I finished the Stieg Larsson Millenium series. I couldn't put the darn things down.
Whew! Now, I can get on with something else.
