I finally bit the bullet and went to Alpha Care last night.
I've had this stinking cold since before Thanksgiving. I can't seem to shake it. Don't get me wrong. I can still function. I just don't feel 100%--and I've almost forgotten what 100% feels like. I'm starting on round two of the earache and should own stock in Kleenex. So much for fighting it off on my own. I've given it my best shot. And...
I gave up.
So, now I'm on antibiotics and a cough decongestant.
Let's hope this all kicks in soon. I'm sick and tired of being sick.
Pretty sure the Mr. is tired of it, too. Poor guy. (I think the slight cough and constant clearing of my throat may just drive him over the edge.)
Yep. Ready to let the healing begin.
Oh, and not only did I give up, I also gave a nice chunk of change to Alpha Care and the pharmacy. *sigh

Yes, I think I will be calling my doc on Monday. I'm tired of it too and it worsens at school and when I first get home. Fortunately there were only two nights that I had to sleep in a recliner to get any sleep (for which hubby was grateful).
Most of the students are better, but the ones who had it worse report that they are still incredibly tired and keeping their fingers crossed now that they are off the latest round of antibiotics!
same thing going around here. Hoping the drugs are kicking in for you!
