Lord of the Dance

I've been humming that song today. 

I danced on a Friday when the world turned black
It's hard to dance with the devil on your back
They stripped and whipped, and they hung me high
They left me there on the cross to die.

Dance then, wherever you may be
I am the Lord of the Dance said He
And I'll lead you all, wherever you may be
And I'll lead you all, in the Dance said He.

Those might not be entirely accurate, but it is how I remember them.  I think you can substitute "live" and "life" for dance and you understand.  (Live then, wherever you may.  I am the Lord of Life...I'll lead you all in life.)

A former student posted this link on Facebook.  It is a couple of years old, but I loved it: What If Jesus Meant All That Stuff.  

It was a Good Friday.  And still today, it is a Good Friday.
