Friday Favorites

This week has been beautiful.
Coffee and breakfast on the patio has been a daily joy.
Morning walks have required capri walking pants and even jackets.

Days have been spent cleaning.
Our electric bill reflects the clothesline as a clothes dryer.
When I'm not cleaning, summer reads have been relaxing.
And yes, I'm still reading the last page before I start the book.
(Weird quirk, but I know who will make it to the end!)

L and CB are headed to Easy Street tonight.
We are hoping they arrive for grilling and supper on the patio.
The plan is to get the fire ring going.
K, CT, and the Bug will be here later for s'mores.
Auntie L can't wait to see her Bug.

Tomorrow, Big Sis and Friend E are hosting a small dinner party for the newlyweds.
It is always good to be surrounded by love.

Some other favorites this week:

This Baby Bump

 This Little Pianist

And this summer drink--
it might be light, but it is awfully strong.
By adding a little pineapple juice or margarita mix-- Yum!
 And this song
"Gonna put the world away for a minute...
Pretend I don't live in it...
Only worry in the world is the tide gonna reach my chair?"

Happy Friday!
