Ice Day/Belated Birthday

Today is an "Ice" Day in Tiny Town. We were hit pretty hard, and our trees prove it.

I needed an extra day off. K and I are headed to a National Conference to present on Standards Based Grading, and besides needing to work on our presentation, I have a week worth of lesson plans to write and a suitcase to pack. 

K celebrated her birthday yesterday by staying in and playing with little girls. (The Bug was so excited for Momma's birthday!)

And today, she has an extra day to pack and prepare for our trip, too.
