December

Still waiting for the first snow. In fact, if it would snow, it might cover up some of the branches that came down in the ice storm over the weekend. There is quite a bit of cleanup to do.

To celebrate it being December, I am leaving for Florida to present at a National Conference. It is supposed to be in the 80's in Florida, and I had to locate a pair of sandals and capri pants for the trip.

I know there are people who love warm weather year round. I am not one of them. I love all of the seasons, and summer weather in December just seems wrong.

Who knows? Perhaps I will love it so much that I will decide to move there.

Or not...

Enjoy your trip to the conference. (I think I could live in San Diego year-round and come home to visit in Kansas). BJB

Hope you enjoyed your sunny trip Mrs E. I am the other way around - I dread the cold UK winters! But I may need to embrace the cold because I have won a ski holiday on my blog. We were hoping to go for christmas but I think it will be some time in February. We don't have any real winter coats or boots so need to stock up in the January sales. Hope you are all keeping well - Keri xxx
