Walking January 2nd

On Christmas Morning, the Bug and I went outside to look at the full Christmas moon. Someone said that the next full moon on Christmas will be in 2034. She will be 23, and I will be 77.

On our morning walk this morning, the two bright "stars" were actually Jupiter and Mars. (I think! After 20 minutes on computer, I still am not 100%!) I don't remember seeing the planets so clearly with the naked eye before. They have been vivid since early fall.

I still remember an early morning walk many years ago when the northern lights were visible. I've only seen it once, but it was amazing.

The skies have been beautiful for the past few months.

And these are the perks of those early morning walks.
