Christmas Day 2017

Merry Christmas where traditions continue at the B's or the T's:

Breakfast casserole and/or breakfast on china
New Pjs on Christmas Eve
Champagne and Cranberry juice or sparkling grape juice in wine glasses
Orange juice and Diet Cherry 7-up Christmas punch
Christmas Eve services and ringing the sanctuary with candle light
Family and friends game nights with leftovers
Frosted sugar cookies and fruit loopers
Gingerbread houses
Excited kids and tired parents

Now, the Mr. and I have started a few new traditions:

Stockings and/or gifts on Christmas Eve- just the two of us
Watching grandkids open gifts early in the morning by switching houses every year
Shopping online more and more

And some old favorites:

Two From Galilee--the Love Story of Mary and Joseph  (I read it every year.)
Lottery tickets in stockings
Store shopping as close to Christmas Eve as we dare
Rum Slush

We still have snow, so we are counting it as a white Christmas.

Happy Holidays to you and yours.
