Whacky Facts

Just a few odd quirks or things you may not need to know:

*I tend to hang on to paper.  My counter at school is full of stacks of papers that need to be filed.  I can't throw away a receipt.  I'm drowning in paper, and I plan to remedy this before or during Spring Break.

*The Mr. or I make the bed every morning. 

*Favorite aps on the iPhone right now:  Prayer Notes and Houzz.

*I can't whistle. 

*I played French Horn back in the day.  I kind of wish I owned one, but the ones I see on eBay are pretty expensive.

*I am the least "Harley" person I know, but my favorite pair of boots are "Harley" boots.

*I own way too many purses.  (And pretty much carry the same one for a couple of months at a time. And I have no idea why.)

*My bike helmet is over ten years old.  (Maybe 15!) I probably should replace it.

*I watch cooking shows, but don't cook much.

*Number one on my list of things to do to our house:  our front steps.  I am gathering ideas. 

*I have learned how to fake slap and fake punch for the play.  It's kind of fun!

*I love the Disney musicals. 

*My cousin sent me all of my great-grandmother's journals.  I haven't had much time to look at them, but I can't wait.  They cover from 1940-1968 or so.  From the little bit that I've read, I think I am figuring out some family dynamics.  Oh, and she was disappointed that they didn't name me Virginia after my grandmother (her daughter-in-law) who had died about five years before.
