Lots of work- Not much play

This has been a heavy work-load year. The tornado made for a lot of work. We spent time salvaging and rescuing our schools, and then hauling it all back in and getting our trailer-classrooms ready and as educationally sound as possible. It has been stressful and overwhelming at times. We didn't have much "play" time during the summer. We've made it to the home college football games this fall, but haven't had the time to camp or make a long weekend trip anywhere. I guess there will be less hectic years ahead when our leisure will be less stressed and more enjoyable. Reminds me of a quote I read:
"The secret of being miserable is to have leisure to bother about whether you are happy or not." George Bernard Shaw

I guess we are pretty darn happy. We haven't had time to think about whether we are or not!
